October 8, 2012

Dear Mom and Dad,

I had a bit of time after I emailed, so I thought I'd send a letter.

First, I want to express my sincere gratitude to you both for teaching me the gospel. I have felt so much peace and hope because you two raised me in a Christ centered home. Because of your examples I am now out serving the Lord. My mission means so much to me. The changes I have seen in myself and others have been so dear to me.

The Atonement has helped me break so many chains that Satan bound me with. I have Hope for Heaven. <My favorite scripture is Ether 12:4.

Let Brandt, Raina, and Aubree know that I am so proud of them for reading the Book of Mormon everyday. There is nothing better to prepare all of them for their missions. I know that they are where they are at this time because they will do great works.

I love you both so much. I know that the Church is Christ's and that the Atonement is the supreme act of love from God. I know all of His children can be with Him if they but choose to go back home. I know all of the people around us are magnificent brothers and sisters. We are all so precious.

All my love,
Elder T.H. Williams
